The assistant answers exclusively from the articles, analyses, studies and reports published on tourobs.ch and from official statistics of the Swiss Federal Statistical Office (BFS, HESTA) and of Tourobs itself. Every answer cites its sources. The assistant can make mistakes: please verify important figures in the cited source before you rely on them. The content of tourobs.ch remains the property of its authors; this site links to the original articles.
Privacy Policy
Questions asked to the assistant are stored without personal data (question text, language, time) to improve the service. Answers are generated with Claude by Anthropic. In voice mode, your microphone audio is transmitted to ElevenLabs (speech recognition and speech synthesis, servers in the USA) for the duration of the conversation; the answers themselves are generated as in text mode. Conversations are not stored beyond the question log. Visits are measured with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted in Switzerland that sets no cookies and stores no personal data. This website is hosted in Switzerland and subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
